WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a non-invasive healing method that helps balance the receiver, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The term ‘Reiki’ originated by combining two Japanese words, Rei (pronounced 'ray'), meaning universal or divine intelligence and Ki (pronounced 'key'), meaning life force energy.
Reiki works to restore the natural energetic balance in a person’s body. That energetic balance can become disrupted or frayed by stress, injury or illness. Life force energy is responsive to thoughts, feelings, presence and compassion.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Reiki is an intelligent form of curative energy that involves the practitioner acting as a conduit for a higher, universal life force energy.
With permission, the practitioner is able to channel Reiki energy through their hands to the client, through gentle touch or by hovering just above the body.
Directed through intention, Reiki is not bound by time or space, and is therefore just as effective across distances as it is in-person.

IN-PERSON REIKI
In the traditional hands-on method, Sarah will channel Reiki energy to the client to support healing they may need in mind, body, and spirit. Typically the client lies fully clothed on a treatment table or sits comfortably while the practitioner hovers their hands over parts of the client's body.

DISTANCE REIKI
Distance Reiki offers all the benefits of an in-person session, across distance, time, and space, and allows you to experience a session in the comfort of your own home. It is based on the principle that universal lifeforce energy is within and among everything, and can be influenced through the power of connection and intention.
A Distance session happens live, via ZOOM Pro, where Sarah will connect with your energy and facilitate the flow of Reiki energy to and around you.
